Think You Know Who Gets Your Property When You Die! Think Again!
Presenter:  Marsha Goetting, Montana State University Extension

This session examines Montana Laws that decide who receives your property when you die without writing a will.  If you already have a written will, does it say that your property is will pass to heirs by right of representation? If so, what does that phrase mean?  Can your will control what happens to property you hold in joint tenancy with right of survivorship with someone else? Attend this session to find out the answers to these questions and more.

All webinars and the full schedule can be accessed at the Solid Finances Webinar Schedule  page.
